PAYMENT POLICIES

​

• Classes payment are non-refundable. Custom puppet building deposit are non-refundable as well.

CANCELATION POLICY​

• All class fees are non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend a class, contact us no later than 7 days before the class is scheduled to take place for a full credit for a future class of the same price.  If you let us know within 48 hours of the class, a $30 charge will be required to receive your credit.  Anything less than 48 hours, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.

• Custom puppet building deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation payment shall be paid by the Client: (A) Cancellation prior to the puppets being turned in: 50 percent of the fee; (B) Cancellation due to the puppets being unsatisfactory: 50 percent of the fee; and (C) Cancellation for any other reason after the puppets is turned in: 100 percent of fee. The billing upon cancellation shall be payable within thirty days of the Client’s notification to stop work or the delivery of the pictures, whichever occurs sooner.

PRIVACY POLICIES​

• PuppetryPlus.com collects information from you when you use this Site. This information may include your name, user name, e-mail address, post office address, telephone number, payment information, and other personal data you enter when visiting this Site (collectively, "personally identifiable information" or "personal information"). We collect this information when you enter it voluntarily. In addition, we may collect certain information regarding your use of this Site, such as event preferences and the frequency with which you visit our site, for purposes of marketing, software development, statistical analysis and determining your interests to better serve you. We may combine the foregoing information with personally identifiable information.
